Executive Summary

Quality as a concept itself has been rechristened in numerous ways and number of times and everyone seems to have his or her own definition of quality. Similarly there are so many frameworks who bring to the table their own benefits with respect to quality. The concern that arises here is that though these contributions are good they cannot be called as complete as they serve in parts only.
